Surfside Beach’s compact, high-density housing means chimneys here are often overlooked until a problem forces action—like a blocked flue or smoke leaking into a condo unit. We prioritize quick turnarounds for this area, as many residents rely on fireplaces for heat during the cooler months. Our inspections frequently uncover rust in stainless steel liners (accelerated by the beach’s salty mist) and improperly installed dampers that fail to seal. We also specialize in cleaning chimneys in Surfside’s older buildings, where asbestos-lined flues may still exist. If you’ve noticed your fireplace struggling to draw or hear strange noises, it’s time for a professional sweep—before a small issue becomes a major repair.
